The event commenced with an address on 'on HR Challenges in the Future' by Mr. Kiran Karnik, President – NASSCOM who is also on the Local Board of Advisors for this dynamic youth run organization. He went on to share his experience engaging with AIESEC members over the years and how he saw immense potential and value in the young leaders.

The highlights of the agenda included panel discussions on War For Talent, Operationalizing HR, Internationalism and Diversity in the Workforce, Leadership delivered by eminent industry leaders such as Kiran Karnik - President, NASSCOM; Vineet Kapila - Senior Vice President Coca Cola South East Asia; Rajeev Karwal – Milagrow Business Solutions; Rajan Kaicker Co-Chairman and CXO FranklinCovey SouthAsia; Thomas Simon - Senior VP HR, Tata Consultancy Services; Mr. Shailesh Tiwari, VP HR – Covergys; Mr.Ashutosh Sinha – Wipro; and other companies like Business World and Genpact.

A unique aspect of the agenda was 'Youth Opinion – What do they want?' where AIESEC members took their place on the panel and voiced their views on job satisfaction, loyalty, security and overall personal & professional growth on the job. Close to 200 companies and students were present at the HR Summit and gained from the insight shared by the speakers on various topics.

The event ended with an introduction to AIESEC, the largest provider of international talent in Delhi by Mayank Batheja, the president of the local chapter in Delhi and an introduction to the core team of students who organized the event.
